Air Properties
The child lives and experiences daily the laws of physic. The actual activity has the purpose of familiarizing the child with the laws of physic, and the property of air. The presence of the air in the composition of different objects changes its properties. After the activity, the pupils will experience the purpose of air which is between the shell and the core of the orange and they will sense that the air has a smaller density than other materials, which makes the objects with more air float above the water.
